Work in progress ahead of Audi FIS Ski World Cup on 22nd and 23rd February

As planned, the Sestriere Organising Committee of the Alpine Skiing World Cup stage has already been working for some time to take care of every aspect of the event scheduled for 22nd and 23 rd February 2025.

After cutting the grass on the steep slopes of the Kandahar Giovanni Alberto Agnelli track, the basic structures dedicated to hospitality in the area facing the finish parterre are being pre-fitted. Specifically: a grandstand with more than 750 seats, the indoor hospitality area and other service facilities, as well as the various stations dedicated to television production, which will guarantee extensive international coverage of the event.

It will be a weekend of great cheer at Sestriere with lots of music and entertainment on the slopes and also in the Fraiteve square, which on Saturday evening will host the prize-giving ceremony for the giant slalom and the presentation of the athletes competing in the special slalom on Sunday. All accompanied by the laser show and the live performance of Andrea Casta with his magical electric violin.
