The WORLD CUP
is back in Sestriere!

The Alpine Skiing World Cup will visit Sestriere on 10 and 11 December 2022: an entire weekend dedicated to women’s technical disciplines including a giant slalom and a slalom. The best athletes from around the world will return to race on the Olympic slopes of the Colle. The Vialattea ski resort can look forward to a great weekend of celebration and joy. The World Cup will be held alongside various side events with the aim of welcoming competitors as warmly as possible and attracting as many mountain and winter sports enthusiasts as possible.

The aim is to generate publicity for the region and convey a positive image of Piedmont and its mountains around the world; a unique opportunity for the host region to show what it can offer internationally, not only in terms of sports but tourism more generally. In this section you will find some general information about the event, programmes and the event schedules. You will also find specific information on accommodation and accreditation. It is a great pleasure to be able to welcome all athletes, coaches, accompanying persons, technicians, sponsors, national and international media representatives, friends and all spectators to Sestriere. We hope you have a great competition and lots of fun.
